My business, Cool Connections, is a small family owned business based right here in Plano, Texas.  I have been working in the HVAC field for over 35 years and have built Cool Connections on my own personal values: honesty, integrity and treating others as I would like to be treated.  By keeping my business small and localized I am able to establish personal relationships with my customers.

  3. I called Cool Connections when my A/C stopped working, and even though it was after normal business hours he answered the call and was at my house within 45 minutes. You cannot ask for better service or more reasonable prices.

    In my opinion, you cannot find a better A/C repair service than Cool Connections.
